To stimulate the third eye point, press on it or just touch lightly. It’s best to hold the point for up to two minutes while breathing in and out; slowly and deeply. One should start feeling a sense of calmness, as if the frustrations has flown away. It could also help with hormonal imbalance. The third eye is connected to the pituitary glands, when stimulated it could help with skin conditions throughout the body.

Heavenly Pillar Points, located at the lowest point of the skull, where the spine meets. Approximately one inch apart from each other. Pressing these points for up to two minutes a day, could reduce skin stress. It could help reduce acne and other breakouts. As a bonus, it could help with fatigue, insomnia and even sore throats.

Three Mile Point is located about 4 cm under the knee, on the outside of the shin bone. This point helps tone and build muscles throughout the body. It will also improve skin conditions for the entire body. Use two fingers to gently massage these points in a circular motion. Five minutes a day can help tone muscles and give a glowing skin.
