THE LET’S WALK CHALLENGE
Beginning Monday, April 23rd, I would like to invite everyone to my walking challenge. The purpose of the challenge is to become more active. If you are on social media please use hash tag (#diaryofarunninglady) in support. You may split up the suggested walking time or walk continuously. Our goal is to walk.
