Mantras are words or sounds that aids with concentration during mediation. Mantras are influential tools during meditation practices. Upon repeating mantras silently during mediation you will notice a few things:

your mind becomes quieter – the repetition aids to focus your thoughts bringing forth stillness.

a deeper awareness – your mind will allow an untainted awareness through the mental vibrations the mantras formed.

you will notice your true nature – as you meditate daily, the mantras will assist the mind, body and spirit to ease into the true core of your being.

Try these few inner peace mantras:

Inhale peace, exhale love

Peace begins with me

I choose peace

I choose compassion
